Forecast

At the start of the year, we forecast total G-Cloud spend for 2015 above £500m. That looks realistic with an expected figure between £500m and £550m.

Supplier and Buyer growth

• The number of customers continues to grow - up 17 (bringing the total to 944).


• The number of suppliers is growing - up 7 (bringing the total to 635). The number of new suppliers each month is slowing.

Overall framework stats

• Total spend via G-Cloud is £806m


• Spend by year is £360m in 2015 (so far), £352m in 2014, £87m in 2013 and £6.6m in 2012.


• Spend with Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (SMEs) continues at pace - £186m in 2015 so far, £173m in 2014 with £42m in 2013.


• After a what looks like a post election dip, monthly spend is starting to grow again - expect September's £44m to be revised upwards to around £50m when the next data set is released at the end of November.
